Thompson’s Reward consistent preparation landed him the win in the $100,000 Riziz Series Final over 1100m at Morphettville on Saturday October 31. The gelding sat patient during the race from a wide barrier under Paul Gatt and was incredibly tough in the concluding stages with his explosive speed to storm home to the finish.
The $40,000 purchase from Maluka Farm at the Adelaide Yearling Sales 2016 has now won over $200,000 in prizemoney.
